Date and time confirmed for season’s first Clasico

LaLiga on Tuesday confirmed the date and kick-off time for the first Clasico of the 2026/27 season, with Barcelona set to host Real Madrid at the Spotify Camp Nou on October 25 (October 26 in Bangladesh).

The game, which will be the 10th gameweek fixture of the domestic league, will kick off at 9:00pm CEST. That means football fans in Bangladesh will have to stay up late, with the first Clasico of the season starting at 1:00am on October 26 (Bangladesh time).

The fixture comes just days after both sides’ Champions League assignments. Barcelona will travel to face Paris Saint-Germain on October 20 (October 21 in Bangladesh), while Real Madrid will host Leipzig on October 21 (October 22 in Bangladesh).

The corresponding fixture last season saw Barcelona beat Real Madrid 2-0 at the Spotify Camp Nou in the 35th gameweek, a result that confirmed their 29th LaLiga title.
