Zayed Khan, Nusraat Faria to light up gala night in Dubai

An international real estate sales exhibition and gala night is set to take place on May 17, highlighting new investment opportunities in Dubai’s real estate sector.

The event, to be held at Crowne Plaza Dubai, will feature performances by Zayed Khan and Nusraat Faria, adding extra glamour to the evening.

The programme is being jointly organised by Desert Rise Real Estate, the exclusive channel partner of Azizi Developments, and Rover Cyber.

Speaking at a recent “Meet the Press” event, Riazul Islam Fihan, founder and CEO of the organising company, said their primary goal is to help expatriates fulfil their dream of permanent residence.

He noted that, through nearly two decades of experience, he has witnessed the remarkable development of Dubai firsthand.

He further said the company is working to ensure expatriates can secure quality housing through easy payment plans. According to him, such investments are not just homes, but safe and sustainable assets for future generations.

He also mentioned that the company is building a future-focused investment environment by incorporating modern technologies such as fintech, blockchain, and the metaverse.

Despite the current political situation in the Middle East, he expressed optimism that Dubai’s housing sector remains stable and profitable.

Senior officials from Azizi Developments and Desert Rise Real Estate were also present at the press conference. Organisers hope the international exhibition will create strong connections among global investors, developers, and real estate professionals.
